Why *inspiration* really matters

What inspires you?

Is it that song, when it starts playing, makes you lost in your land of happy?

Is it when you hear a story so deep and honest, tears start to form in your eyes?

Is it the smile you get when you cook a good meal for someone special?

Is it the way the sun shines through a shiny object and created a beautiful reflective rainbow?

Inspiration is an extraordinary emotion.

When we feel inspired, it is a special kind of magic that stirs up curiosity blended with wonder, possibility and excitement.

Inspiration is often a strong catalyst for humans to dream more, to feel more and to create more.

Have you ever listened to someone tell an inspiring story that has awakened a purpose or idea inside of you? That's the magic working right there!

This year hasn't been the easiest.

I've been roller-coasting between some pretty big highs and lows.

But in moments when I feel awfully down or frustrated, one of my first go-to things to do is to seek out ways to feel inspired.

I've got a loooong list of things on how to achieve that but here are a few: I learn something new (bullet journaling is my new thing), I go through my old photo albums, I listen to brand new music on my discover list on Spotify, I reach out to someone that inspires me deeply, I do some visualisation meditation.

Sometimes this feeling lasts a few days or maybe just a brief moment...

I just know that the act of feeling inspired raises my vibes and it helps me serve others around me better. And yes, you could say I'm a bit of an inspiration junkie.

So tell me, what/who inspires you? x

Stay Peachy,
